Bellagio is the large-sized, almost professional oven dedicated to lovers of Italian family cooking with friends. The 80x80 cm plate allows you to cook up to 5 pizzas comfortably and more than 5 kg of bread.Available in cart version and also in "free-standing" version for terraces, balconies or outdoor kitchens built on site. The thick stainless steel vault allows reaching the high temperatures necessary to cook an authentic pizza, very quickly and with very little wood. The plate is made from refractory material 3 cm thick for a slow and delicate heat release according to tradition. Maintaining temperature for long periods and reducing wood consumption are guaranteed by massive insulation in ceramic fibre and natural rock wool; especially the base insulation allows its placement even on wooden surfaces or other delicate materials without any risk.In the cart version, Bellagio offers a comfortable closed compartment to contain the wood.The equipment is completed with the lid, featuring a large oven viewer for more comfortable cooking of all dishes such as roasts, breads and desserts; anti-burn handles, and thermometer for precise control of cooking temperature
