Liability
Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, undertaking to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set out herein, as well as with any other legal provision that may be applicable.
The site, which will also make periodic stops for technical maintenance.
Use of cookies
The provider's website may use cookies (small text files that the server sends to the computer of whoever accesses the page). This is a technique commonly used on the Internet to carry out certain functions considered essential for the correct operation and display of the site. The cookies used on the website are in all cases temporary, with the sole purpose of making their subsequent transmission more efficient, and they disappear when the user's session ends. Anti-spam policy
The provider declares itself completely opposed to the sending of unsolicited commercial communications and to any type of conduct or manifestation known as “spam”, and likewise declares itself committed to the fight against such abusive practices.
The provider therefore guarantees the user that under no circumstances will the personal data collected on the website be assigned, shared, transferred or sold to any third party.
For the same reasons, the registration process must not be used to enter the email addresses of other people without the express consent of those affected. As a countermeasure to these practices, Duyal implements a double opt-in mailing list which requires explicit confirmation by the holder of the email account given as the subscription address before any email communications are received.
Should a user nevertheless receive communications from this website without having registered, or without having given express consent to that registration, they may cancel the subscription from the links provided in the communication itself.
In addition, the user may contact us through the contact form kept on the website, both to report what has happened and to request the immediate deletion of their data from our system.
Data hosting
For technical and service quality reasons, the Duyal blog is hosted on the servers of the company Raiola Networks (privacy policy). For similar reasons, the email subscription and newsletter sending service is provided from the facilities of the company MailChimp (privacy policy).
Both Godaddy and Mailchimp adhere to the “Safe Harbor” principles, in accordance with Commission Decision 2000/520/EC of 26 July 2000, which makes them entities with an adequate level of protection for the purposes of the LOPD.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a statistical data analysis service provided by the company Google (privacy policy). Duyal uses this service to track its usage statistics.
Google Analytics uses cookies to help the website analyse statistical data on its use (total number of visits, most viewed pages, etc.). The information generated by the cookie (including your IP address) will be directly transmitted to and filed by Google on servers in the United States.
Google will use this information on our behalf for the purpose of generating statistical information on the use of Duyal; Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Google may transmit such information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
You may refuse the processing of the data or the information by refusing the use of cookies through the appropriate settings in your browser; however, if you do so, you will limit the full functionality of Duyal. By using this website you consent to the processing of information by Google in the manner and for the purposes indicated above.
Consent to the processing of the user's personal data
As part of its activities, Duyal offers the possibility of user registration for the sending of electronic communications including newsletters, invitations to free online courses (webinars), new entries (posts), new courses and other promotions.
By subscribing to the blog, posting comments or using the contact form, the user gives express consent to the processing of the personal data provided, in accordance with article 6 of the LOPD. The user may exercise their rights under the terms set out in article 5 of the LOPD.
These same acts also imply the user's express consent to the international transfer of data that takes place under the terms of the LOPD due to the physical location of the facilities of the providers mentioned above.
The personal data requested in these activities will be incorporated into a file whose purpose is to communicate news relating to the Duyal website, newsletters, invitations to free online courses (webinars), new entries (posts), new courses and other promotions, with the provider acting as the controller of the file. The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, and it is impossible to fulfil the stated purpose if this data is not provided. You are likewise informed of the possibility of exercising the rights indicated in the section on User rights.
User rights
In accordance with the provisions of article 5 of the LOPD, the user is informed that the exclusive purpose of the registration database is to send information about news relating to the Duyal website, to inform about courses and to run promotions. Only the data subjects will have access to their data and, under no circumstances, will this data be assigned, shared, transferred or sold to any third party.
In accordance with the provisions of the LOPD, the user may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection before the provider.
To make it easier to exercise these rights, all communications include an unsubscribe request link which results in the immediate deletion of the user's personal data from our database.
Intellectual property and use of the content
The Duyal website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, the designs, logos, text and/or graphics are the property of the provider or, where applicable, it holds a licence or express authorisation from the authors.
Any use not previously authorised by the provider will be considered a serious infringement of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.
The designs, logos, text and/or graphics not belonging to the provider that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any dispute that may arise in relation to them. In any event, the provider has their express and prior authorisation.
