Shipping and returns

Collection in store (free)

You can collect your order free of charge at our store in Ctra. Málaga, 18 · 11205 Algeciras (Cádiz), Spain. We will call or email you as soon as it is ready. You can pay by cash or card on collection if you chose that option.

Home delivery

Free delivery. For the Spanish islands (Balearics, Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla) and for destinations outside Europe, we confirm the shipping cost before dispatch.

For orders delivered within Spain at or below 600 € and for other European destinations excluding France, transport costs depend on the delivery area. We confirm the cost before processing shipment, with no commitment until you accept it.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law.

To exercise this right, notify us with an unambiguous statement (for example an email to online@pierrechimen.com or a letter to Inter Pierre, S.L., Ctra. Málaga 18, 11205 Algeciras, Cádiz, Spain). Once we receive your notice we will refund the payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay. Full details are available in our general terms of sale.

Returns and exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange a product, get in touch and we will explain how to proceed depending on the condition and the characteristics of the item. The product must be returned in good condition and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Faulty or damaged products

All our products carry the statutory warranty. If you receive a faulty item or one damaged in transit, let us know as soon as possible and we will sort it out: repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
