Thanks to the special Kamado structure, air circulation and ceramic lining, it is possible to maintain a constant temperature for long periods between 70 and 400 degrees Celsius. One of its most notable features is the ability to cook at low temperatures, from 80 to 110 degrees Celsius even during more than 18 hours. There are many possibilities to prepare each dish perfectly. It is possible to roast, smoke, bake or work with embers, letting creativity fly. The numerous accessories and grill rack set further expand the possibilities.

The Kamado grill Large 55 model is available in the following colours: green, black, red, burgundy, olive green. Manufactured in enamelled ceramic and steel.
Option to include the following options: low cooking deflector, pizza stone, Deluxe Pizza Stone, support set and additional grill, cast iron grill, half grill and half cast iron griddle, motorised rotisserie, cover, tongs, poker and ceramic reservoir for aromas.
The heat deflector is a ceramic plate placed between the fire and the meat so that there is no direct contact and it can be roasted easily indirectly. Ideal for cooking large pieces of meat gently.
The racks can be placed at different levels, which creates more space and allows baking at different temperatures. Removing half a rack can also be useful to reload coals, for example.
