Description
The Zuzia ECO series features cast iron inserts with a spacious combustion chamber, additionally equipped with densely spaced radiators. Thanks to this solution, the heat transfer surface area in the room is much larger. This increases the mass of the device itself. The insert has a post-combustion smoke system that burns unburnt gases; together with other technical solutions, it achieves very good combustion efficiency, making the insertion piece meet strict Eco-design requirements.
HIGH LEVEL SAFETY
The modern front of the insert is made of steel equipped with heat-resistant decorative ceramics maintaining temperatures up to 660 °C. The glass is certified for quality and safety.
Decorative glass not only looks elegant and modern, but first and foremost, using this solution optically enlarges the front part of the insert and highlights the view of the fire.
The door frame is made from a closed profile, making it stable and resistant to stress when operating at high temperatures.
CONVENIENT USE
The device is additionally equipped with a clean glass system - thanks to the so-called air curtain. The airflow distributes evenly, sweeps across the glass and minimizes soot deposition on it. This allows you to maintain an attractive and clean window for a long time.
Maintaining cleanliness of the insert is easier with an equipped grate and ash container where ashes are collected. Additionally, the insert has a removable guard that prevents wood from falling into the fireplace and makes cleaning the chimney easier.
HIGH ENERGY USE
Fuel particle burning is carried out due to an equipped deflector extending the exhaust path. This process also increases combustion efficiency, ensuring better energy use while simultaneously minimising emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
The device has a triple ventilation system combustion chamber; therefore, the wood-burning process in the insert is ecological and most importantly economical.
Primary air supply to the insertion piece is done from outside via an integrated air inlet (size 125 mm). The air intake is located at the bottom of the insert.
Secondary air is supplied through holes on the rear wall of the furnace, creating a post-combustion system. This system handles gas combustion and reduces emissions of environmentally harmful substances. It improves fireplace efficiency, which has a direct influence on very low CO emission.
The device is equipped with a clean glass system - thanks to the so-called air curtain airflow distributes evenly, the glass is swept and particle sedimentation is reduced to minimum. This allows you to maintain a clean and effective appearance of the glass for a long time.
Eco-friendly combustion
Due to the construction of the insertion piece and the triple chamber ventilation system, the cartridge meets eco-design requirements.
