Description
Zosia ECO insert is a fireplace with a large combustion chamber made of cast iron. Due to its rigidity, it adapts perfectly to homes with heat recovery systems. Furthermore, its technical specifications ensure that the insert meets ecological design requirements.
Convenient usage
The device is additionally equipped with a clean glass system - thanks to so-called air curtain technology. The airflow distributes evenly, sweeps across the glass and minimizes soot deposition on it. This allows you to maintain an attractive and clean window for a long time.
Maintaining insert cleanliness is easier with an equipped grate and ash container where residue is collected. Additionally, the insert features a removable guard that prevents logs from falling into the fireplace, making cleaning much simpler.
The backfill of the chimney is fitted on a double rear plate, allowing easy removal of the inner rear part.
The special design of the perforated handle protects against excessive heating, which ensures high comfort during use of the fireplace.
Maximum energy efficiency
The insert is equipped with densely distributed external-mount radiators. Due to this solution, the heat transfer area with the environment is significantly larger and at the same time increases the mass of the chimney unit.
Fuel particle combustion takes place thanks to an equipped deflector that extends the exhaust path. This process also improves combustion efficiency, ensures better energy utilisation while minimising emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
The device features a triple-ventilation system combustion chamber; therefore, wood burning in the insert is ecological and above all economical.
Primary air supply to the insertion unit comes from outside via an integrated air inlet (size 125 mm). The air intake is located at the bottom of the insert.
Secondary air is supplied through holes on the rear wall of the furnace, creating a post-combustion system. This system handles gas combustion and reduces emissions of harmful substances to the environment. It improves fireplace efficiency, which has a direct influence on very low CO emission levels.

Independent regulation control combustion chamber ventilation ensures separate operation for all three systems, giving users better control over the burning process.
Ecological combustion
The unit complies with ecological design standards and restrictions of the BImSchV 2 regulation, which determines maximum CO emission limits.
High safety level
The cast iron front panel of the insertion unit is fitted with decorative heat-resistant glass capable of withstanding temperatures up to 660 °C. The glass comes with an installed quality and safety certificate.
Densely spaced radiators and furnace walls made from high-quality thick-cast iron (8 mm) guarantee safe operation and maximum heat utilisation.
Ecological combustion
Due to the construction of the insertion unit and triple-ventilation system combustion chamber, the insert meets ecological design requirements. Furthermore, its compact combustion chamber makes it a perfect solution for homes with heat recovery systems.
