Description
The FLOKI is a fireplace insert with an interesting shape and side glazing. With its double-sided fire view and delicate front frame, it fits perfectly into the style of modern interiors. This type of fireplace is usually chosen for open rooms where different spaces are combined, such as the living room and dining area. The specially profiled lower plate used in the fireplace allows more wood to fit inside. Modern solutions used in the appliance guarantee energy saving and facilitate its operation and cleaning.
FLOKI meets the requirements of ECOPROJEKT, 15a B-VG and the strict German BlmschV II standard. This is a guarantee of high efficiency, low emissions and a safe combustion process.

MAXIMUM ENERGY UTILISATION
More efficient combustion and better temperature maintenance by lining the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC ceramic material that accumulates heat and raises furnace temperature.
Complete combustion over ash thanks to deflector extending flue gas path. This process increases burning efficiency and guarantees better energy utilisation. It also minimises emission of harmful substances into atmosphere.
Air supply for inserts comes solely from outside via built-in air inlet connector fi 125 mm. Controlled by adjustable accelerator with controller under door. This solution excludes misuse errors. Entire mechanism works very quietly and impeccably.
This insert has a triple combustion chamber air system. Primary air is supplied below the grate allowing to light fire. Secondary air, providing economical and ecological combustion, is supplied through holes in rear wall.
Additionally this insertable is equipped with Clea Galss System (air curtain), so air is supplied directly to glass via channel system located on sides of fireplace. This way oxygen is supplied to upper part of combustion chamber where post-combustion of gases produced during wood burning takes place. At same time, it reduces harmful CO emissions into atmosphere.
This air system allows controlling combustion process with great precision.
ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
Equipment meets requirements of Ecodesign standards and restrictions of BImSchV 2, which determines maximum CO emission.
HIGHEST LEVEL SAFETY
Front part of insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic supporting temperatures up to 660 °C. We offer quality and safety certified glass ourselves.
Specially perforated handle design protects against excessive heating, influencing high comfort of fireplace use.
Furnace body and front are resistant to high temperatures thanks to using high-quality steel.
Excellent airtightness due to solid gas-shielded welding. Steel elements cut with laser by modern equipment then bent in CNC bending machines.
COMFORTABLE USE
Specially profiled TERMOTEC lower plate used in this insert. Thanks to that, fireplace chamber is larger and more wood can be placed inside it.
Movable grate and ash drawer allow keeping interior clean.
Reduced soot deposition via glass cleaning system (air curtain). Air curtain separates glass from chamber because glass does not get dirty and emits more heat to room.
Insert can be easily raised thanks to adjustable feet.
Model is equipped with mobile smoke outlet, therefore no need for additional knees for installation. Possible due to easy adjustment of connection angle to chimney system.
MODERN DESIGN
Insert has unique decorative glass because it looks elegant and modern. Such solution visually enlarges front of insert and emphasises fire view.
Furnace door has comfortable handle.
