Description
The insert with an interesting shape and side glass. Thanks to the double fire view and simple front frame, it is designed for modern homes, with a unique style. These types of inserts are a good option for open spaces where different rooms connect, e.g., living room and dining room. Thanks to the specially profiled floor plate, the insert can adapt to a greater volume of wood. The modern solutions used in this insert guarantee energy saving and make service and cleaning easy.
MULTIPLE ENERGY EFFICIENCY
More efficient combustion and better temperature maintenance by lining the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC ceramic material that accumulates heat and raises the oven's temperature.
Complete combustion over ash thanks to the deflector extending the exhaust gas path. This process increases burning efficiency and guarantees better energy utilisation. It also minimises harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
Air supply for inserts comes solely from outside via an integrated air inlet connector of 125 mm, controlled by an adjustable accelerator with a controller under the door. This solution excludes misuse errors. The whole mechanism works very quietly and flawlessly.
This insert has a triple combustion chamber air system. Primary air is supplied below the grate to allow lighting a fire. Secondary air, providing economical and ecological combustion, is supplied through holes in the rear wall.
Furthermore, this insertable is equipped with Clea Glass System (air curtain), so air is supplied directly to the glass via channel systems located on the fireplace sides. In this way oxygen reaches the top of the combustion chamber where post-combustion occurs for gases produced during wood burning. At the same time it reduces harmful CO emissions into the atmosphere.
This air system allows precise control over the combustion process.
ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
The equipment meets Ecodesign requirements and restrictions of standard BImSchV 2, which determines maximum CO emissions.
HIGHEST LEVEL SAFETY
The front part of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic supporting temperatures up to 660 °C. We offer certified quality and safety glass.
The special perforated handle design protects against excessive heating, influencing high comfort for fireplace use.
Insert body and front are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.
Excellent airtightness due to solid gas-shielded welding. Steel elements are cut with laser using modern equipment then bent in CNC press brakes.
EASY TO USE
This insert uses a special profiled TERMOTEC lower plate. Thanks to this, the fireplace chamber is larger and more wood can be placed inside it.
Movable grate and ash drawer allow keeping interior clean.
Soot deposition reduction via glass-cleaning system (air curtain). The air curtain separates the glass from the chamber so that the glass does not get dirty and emits more heat into the room.
The insert can be easily raised thanks to adjustable legs.
The model is equipped with a movable exhaust outlet, meaning no need for additional elbows in installation. This is possible due to easy adjustment of connection angle to chimney system.
MODERN DESIGN
The insert has unique decorative glass making it look elegant and modern. Such solution visually enlarges the front face of the insert and emphasises fire view.
