Description
The insert with an interesting shape and side glass. Thanks to the double fire view and simple front frame designed for modern homes, with a unique style. Such types of inserts are a good option for open spaces in different rooms that are connected, such as living room and dining room. Thanks to the specially profiled floor plate, the insert can accommodate a larger volume of wood. Modern solutions used here ensure energy savings guaranteeing seamless insertion and service maintenance.
MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
More efficient combustion and longer temperature retention thanks to the ceramic lining in the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC material that accumulates heat and raises the oven temperature.
Complete combustion over dust thanks to the deflector extending the exhaust path. This process increases burning efficiency and guarantees better energy use, while minimising emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
Air supply for inserts comes only from outside via an integrated air inlet connector fi 125 mm. It is controlled by an adjustable regulating valve with a controller under the door. This solution excludes errors caused by improper usage. The entire mechanism works very quietly and without problems.
This insert features a triple combustion chamber air system. Primary air allowing fire establishment is supplied below the grate. Secondary air - providing economical and ecological burning - is supplied through holes in the rear wall
Additionally, this insert is equipped with Galss Clea (air curtain) system, so air is supplied directly to the glass via a channel system located on both sides of the fireplace. In this way oxygen reaches the top part of the combustion chamber where post-combustion occurs for gases produced during wood burning while simultaneously reducing CO emissions harmful to the atmosphere.
Such an air system allows precise control over the recording process.
ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
The unit meets requirements of ecological design standards and restrictions under BImSchV 2 standard, which determines maximum CO emission limits.
HIGHEST LEVEL SAFETY
The front of the insert piece is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic glass capable of resisting temperatures up to 660 °C. We offer certified quality and safety glass.
Special handle design protects against excessive heating, ensuring high comfort during fireplace use.
Insert body and front are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.
Excellent airtightness achieved through solid welding made with noble gas shielding. Steel elements are cut using laser cutting equipment and then bent in CNC machines.
COMFORTABLE USE
A specially profiled TERMOTEC lower plate is used in this insert, making the fireplace chamber larger so more wood can be placed inside.
Mobile grate and ash drawer allow keeping the insert clean.
Soot deposition reduction achieved through a glass cleaning system (air curtain). The air curtain separates the glass from the combustion chamber preventing it from getting dirty while emitting more heat into the room.
Insertion is easy thanks to adjustable legs raising mechanism.
Model includes mobile exhaust outlet eliminating need for additional knees during installation. Easy angle adjustment with chimney system connection possible.
MODERN DESIGN
The insert features decorative glass elements making it look elegant and modern. This solution visually enlarges the front of the insert piece while emphasising fire view.
Insert door has comfortable handle.
