Description
The Zuzia ECO series features cast iron inserts with a spacious combustion chamber, which are also equipped with densely spaced radiators. Thanks to this solution, the heat transfer surface area in the room is much larger. This increases the mass of the device itself. The insert has a post-combustion smoke system that burns unburnt gases; together with other technical solutions, it achieves very good combustion efficiency, making the insertion piece meet strict Eco-design requirements.
HIGH LEVEL SAFETY
The cast iron front of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics capable of temperatures up to 660 °C. The glass is certified for quality and safety.
CONVENIENT USE
The device is additionally equipped with a clean-glass system - thanks to the so-called air curtain. The airflow distributes evenly, sweeps across the glass, and minimises soot deposition on it. This allows you to maintain an attractive and clean window for a long time.
Maintaining insert cleanliness is easier with an equipped grate and ash container where residue collects. Additionally, the insert has a removable guard that prevents wood from falling into the fireplace and makes cleaning the chimney easier.
MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
Fuel particle burning is carried out due to an equipped deflector extending the exhaust path. This process also increases combustion efficiency, guarantees better energy use, and minimises emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
The device has a triple-ventilation system combustion chamber; therefore, wood-burning in the insert is ecological and most importantly economical.
Primary air supply to the insert comes from outside via an integrated air inlet (size 125 mm). The air intake is located at the bottom of the insert.
Secondary air is supplied through holes on the rear wall of the furnace, creating a post-combustion system. This handles gas combustion and reduces emissions of harmful substances to the environment. It improves fireplace efficiency, which has a direct influence on very low CO emission.
The device is equipped with a clean-glass system - thanks to the so-called air curtain current that distributes evenly; glass is swept and particle sedimentation reduced to minimum. This allows maintaining a clean and effective appearance of the glass for a long time.
ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
Due to the construction of the insert and the triple combustion chamber ventilation system, the cartridge meets ecological design requirements.
