Description
MAXIMUM energy efficiency
more efficient combustion and longer maintenance of temperature by the lining in the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC ceramic material that accumulates heat and raises the oven temperature.
Additionally, the depletion of smoke particles in the insert is leaded by the deflector, which increases the exhaust path for the fumes. This process also increases combustion efficiency and ensures better energy utilisation, thereby reducing harmful substance emissions into the atmosphere to a minimum.
Air supply to the inserts comes only from outside thanks to the built-in air inlet connector fi 125 mm. It is controlled by an adjustable regulating valve with a controller under the door. This solution excludes errors due to improper use. The entire mechanism operates very quietly and without problems.
The insert has its own dual ventilation system.
Primary air for easy wood ignition is supplied through the full width of the oven via the slot in the strip, which plays the role of an obstacle, and additionally, the ventilation strip located on the rear wall, just above the base plate where burning takes place.
Furthermore, this insert is equipped with a Glass Clea (air curtain) system, so air is supplied directly to the glass via channels located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way oxygen is supplied to the top part of the combustion chamber, post-combustion occurs for gases produced while wood burning takes place. At the same time it reduces harmful CO emissions into the atmosphere.
The use of a dual ventilation system allows very precise control over the combustion process.
HIGHEST LEVEL SAFETY
The front of the insert piece is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic capable of resisting temperatures up to 660 °C. We offer certified quality and safety glass by us.
The body and front part of the insert piece are resistant to high temperatures through the use of high-quality steel.
Excellent airtightness thanks to solid welding made in noble gas shielding. Steel elements are cut with laser using modern equipment, and then they are bent on CNC bending machines.
COMFORTABLE USE
Offers inserts for no scratching the so-called phenomena up to ash burning. In practice this means that fuel burned turns into fine ash which is a minimum amount. Therefore thermal energy obtained from wood goes upwards.
The air curtain separates glass from the oven. As a result, the glass stays clean and gives more heat to the room. Limited soot deposition through Clean Glass System (air curtain).
Insert can be easily adjusted thanks to regulated legs raising up.
The insert is also suitable for left-handed users since it is possible to change standard door opening position from left to right side opening.
The model is equipped with a mobile exhaust outlet and therefore there is no need to buy additional knees for installation. This is made possible thanks to easy adjustment of connection angle with the chimney system.
MODERN DESIGN
Inserts are equipped with a single decorative glass giving an elegant and modern look. Additionally, use of this solution optically increases front to fireplace.
Insert doors have modern sliding handle.
