Description
MAXIMUM ENERGY UTILISATION A more efficient combustion and a longer maintenance of temperature by lining the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC ceramic material that accumulates heat and raises the furnace temperature. Complete combustion over ash thanks to two deflectors extending the exhaust path. This process increases combustion efficiency and ensures better energy use. It also minimises emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. Air supply to inserts comes only from outside via the built-in air intake connector fi 125 mm. Controlled by an adjustable throttle with a controller under the door. This solution excludes misuse errors. The entire mechanism operates very quietly and without problems. In this connector there is a double air system for the combustion chamber. Primary air allowing ignition of fire is supplied below the grate. Additionally, this insert is equipped with Clea Galss (air curtain) system, so air is supplied directly to glass through channel systems located on sides of fireplace. Thus oxygen is supplied to upper part of combustion chamber where post-combustion of gases produced during wood burning occurs. At same time it reduces harmful CO emissions into atmosphere. This air system allows precise control over combustion process.
SAFETY AT HIGHEST LEVEL Front part of insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic supporting temperatures up to 660°C. We offer quality and safety certified by ourselves. Special perforated handle design protects against excessive heating, influencing high comfort level for fireplace use. Body and front part of insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to use of high-quality steel. Excellent airtightness due to solid welding performed in noble gas shielded environment. Steel elements cut with laser using modern equipment then bent on CNC bending machines.
ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION Unit complies with Ecodesign requirements and BImSchV 2 regulation restrictions determining maximum CO emission limits.
COMFORTABLE USE Special profile bottom plate from TERMOTEC used in this insert. Larger fireplace chamber allows greater quantity of wood to be placed inside it. Movable grate and ash drawer allow keeping insert clean. Soot deposition reduced through glass cleaning system (air curtain). Air curtain separates glass from chamber because glass does not get dirty and emits more heat into room. Glass can easily be raised thanks to adjustable legs. Model equipped with movable exhaust outlet so no need for additional elbows required during installation possible due easy adjustment of connection angle to chimney system.
MODERN DESIGN Insert has two doors front and back instead rear wall, allowing heat emission in both directions normally chosen type installed between adjacent rooms such living room dining area or bedroom insert features unique decorative glass making it look elegant modern solution visually expands front part emphasising view into flames door handle comfortable for operation.
