MAXIMUM energy efficiency
more efficient combustion and longer maintenance of temperature by the lining in the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC ceramic material that accumulates heat and raises the temperature inside the oven.
complete combustion to ash thanks to two deflectors extending the exhaust path. This process increases burning efficiency and ensures better energy usage. It also minimises emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
Air supply for inserts comes only from outside via built-in air inlet connector fi 125 mm. Controlled by an adjustable regulating valve with a controller under the door. This solution excludes errors due to improper use. The entire mechanism operates very quietly and without problems.
This insert features a dual-air system in the combustion chamber. Primary air allowing fire establishment is supplied below the grate.
Furthermore, this insert is equipped with Galss Clea (air curtain) system so that air is supplied directly to the glass through channels located on both sides of the fireplace. In this way oxygen reaches the top part of the combustion chamber where post-combustion occurs for gases produced during wood burning while simultaneously reducing CO emissions harmful to the atmosphere.
This air system allows precise control over the recording process.

HIGHEST LEVEL SAFETY
The front of the insert piece is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic capable of resisting temperatures up to 660 °C. We offer certified quality and safety glass.
The special design of the perforated handle protects against excessive heating, ensuring high comfort in fireplace usage.
Body and front part of insert piece are resistant to high temperatures through use of high-quality steel.
Excellent airtightness thanks to solid welding made with noble gas shielding. Steel elements are cut using laser equipment assisted by modern machinery, then bent on CNC press brakes.

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
The unit meets requirements of ecological design standards and restrictions under the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines maximum CO emissions.

COMFORTABLE USAGE
Specially profiled TERMOTEC bottom plate is used in this insert. Thanks to it the fireplace chamber is larger and allows greater quantity of wood inside.
Movable grate and ash drawer allow keeping insert clean.
Reduction of soot deposition through crystal-clean system (air curtain). Air curtain separates glass from chamber thanks to which glass doesn't get dirty and emits more heat into room
Insert can be easily adjusted by raising legs according to regulations.
The model is equipped with a movable exhaust outlet, so no additional knees need buying for installation. Possible due to easy angle adjustment of connection system with chimney.& Nbsp;

MODERN DESIGN
The insert has two doors – front and rear (instead of back wall), thanks to this solution heat can be emitted in both directions.
This type of insertion is usually chosen for installation between adjacent rooms, e.g. living room and dining room or bedroom.
Insert features decorative glass panels making it look elegant and modern. Such solution visually enlarges front part of insert piece and emphasises fire view.
Fireplace door has comfortable handle.
