MAXIMUM energy efficiency
more efficient combustion and longer maintenance of temperature by the lining in the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC ceramic material that accumulates heat and raises the temperature inside the oven.
complete combustion thanks to two deflectors extending the exhaust path. This process increases burning efficiency and ensures better energy usage. It also minimizes emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
Air supply for insertions comes only from outside via an integrated air inlet connector fi 125 mm. It is controlled by an adjustable regulating valve with a controller located under the door. This solution excludes errors caused by improper use. The entire mechanism operates very quietly and without problems.
In this insert there is a triple chamber combustion air system. Primary air allowing fire establishment is supplied below the grate. Secondary air - providing economical and ecological burning - is supplied through holes in the rear wall
Additionally, this insert is equipped with Galss Clea (air curtain) system, so air is supplied directly to the glass via a channeling system located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way oxygen is supplied to the top part of the combustion chamber where post-combustion occurs for gases produced during wood burning. At the same time it reduces CO emissions harmful to the atmosphere.
Such an air system allows precise control over the recording process.
HIGHEST LEVEL safety
The front of the insert piece is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic capable of resisting temperatures up to 660 ° C. We offer certified quality and safety glass by ourselves.
Special design of perforated handle protects against excessive heating, which has a positive influence on high comfort usage of the fireplace.
The body and front part of the insert piece is resistant to high temperatures through use of high-quality steel.
Excellent tightness thanks to solid welding made in noble gas shielding. Steel elements are cut with laser using modern equipment, then they are bent on CNC bending machines.
Ecological combustion
The unit meets requirements of ecological design standards and restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines maximum CO emission limits.
Comfortable use
Special profiled lower TERMOTEC plate is used in this insert. Thanks to it the fireplace chamber is larger and a greater amount of wood can be placed inside. Additionally, superficial combustion chamber was utilized, resulting in low heating power demand. Thanks to this the fireplace adapts perfectly to small spaces.
Mobile grate and ash drawer allow keeping the insert clean.
Reduction of soot deposition through a crystal clean system (air curtain). Air curtain separates glass from chamber thanks to which glass does not get dirty and emits more heat into room.
Insert can be easily adjusted by raising legs at regulated height.
Model is equipped with mobile exhaust outlet so no need to buy additional knees for installation. It is possible due to easy adjustment of connection angle with chimney system.
MODERN DESIGN
The insert has panoramic modern shape with superficial combustion chamber, therefore ideal for living rooms with small area and low heating power demand. Ideal for passive houses and low-consumption homes. Advanced solutions guarantee energy saving and make fireplace usage and cleaning very easy.
Insert features decorative glass thanks to which it looks elegant and modern. Such solution visually enlarges front part of insert piece and emphasizes fire view.
