Description
The insert with an interesting shape with side glazing, with a thin combustion chamber, thanks to which it will be perfect for living rooms with a small area and low heating energy demand. Thanks to the double-sided fire view and delicate front frame, which perfectly fits the style of modern interiors. Modern solutions used in the energy-saving fireplace guarantee and make the use and cleaning of the device seamless.
MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
More efficient combustion and longer temperature maintenance by lining the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC ceramic material that accumulates heat and raises the temperature in the furnace.
Complete combustion to dust thanks to two deflectors that extend the escape path. This process increases the efficiency of burning and guarantees better energy use. It also minimizes the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere.
Air supply to the inserts only comes from outside thanks to the built-in air inlet connector Ø 125 mm. It is controlled by an adjustable regulating valve with a controller below the door. This solution eliminates errors from improper use. The entire mechanism operates very quietly and smoothly.
In this insert there is a triple air system of combustion chamber. The primary air that allows fire establishment is supplied under the grate. The secondary air - economical and ecological burning is provided by holes in the rear wall.
Additionally, this insert is equipped with Glass Clean system (air curtain), so air is supplied directly to the glass through a system of channels located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way oxygen is supplied to the top of the combustion chamber, where post-combustion of gases produced during wood combustion occurs. At the same time it reduces harmful CO emissions to the atmosphere.
Such an air system allows controlling the combustion process very precisely.
ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
The unit complies with the requirements of ecodesign standards and the restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the maximum CO emission.
SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
The front of the insert piece is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic that resists temperatures up to 660 ° C. We have offered certified quality and safety glass by us.
The special design of the perforated handle protects against excessive heating, which influences the high comfort of use of the fireplace.
The body and front part of the insert piece is heat-resistant through the use of high quality steel.
Excellent airtightness thanks to solid welding done in armored noble gas. Steel elements are cut with laser with the help of modern equipment, and then they are pledged in CNC benders.
COMFORTABLE USE
Special profiled TERMOTEC bottom plate is used in this insert. Thanks to which the fireplace chamber is larger and a larger amount of wood that can be put inside. Furthermore, a shallow combustion chamber was used, this results in low heating power demand. Because of this the fireplace adapts perfectly to small spaces.
Mobile grate and ash drawer allow keeping the insert clean.
Reduction of soot deposition through a clean glass system (air curtain). Air curtain separates the glass from the chamber thanks to which the glass doesn't get dirty and emits more heat to the room.
Insert can be easily raised by adjustable legs.
The model is equipped with a mobile exhaust outlet and thanks to which there is no need to buy additional elbows for installation. It is possible thanks to an easy adjustment of the connection angle with the chimney system.
MODERN DESIGN
The insert with modern panoramic shape with shallow combustion chamber, therefore ideal for living rooms with small area and low heating power demand. Ideal for low-energy and passive houses. Advanced solutions guarantee energy savings and make the use and cleaning of the fireplace very easy.
The insert has singular decorative glass thanks to which it looks elegant and modern. Such solution visually expands the front of the insert piece and emphasizes the view of the fire.
