Description
The CONCEPT 540 is the intelligent choice for those seeking to integrate authentic wood fire in contemporary and highly insulated homes. Designed by Bodart & Gonay, this single-sided cassette represents the culmination of technology in ecological wood heating, the result of over 70 years of innovation.
Its most outstanding feature is being completely airtight with outside air intake, making it 100% compatible with passive and low-energy homes. Unlike traditional fireplaces, it does not consume the precious and warm air of your home.
Despite its ultra-compact format, it does not give up the spectacle of fire. Its unique door design with XXL glass surface and extremely discreet metal frame offers you a panoramic and almost unobstructed view of the flames. Even the small Concept 540 offers an already impressive flame view.
The closing mechanism allows leaving the door slightly open during ignition, facilitating lighting and avoiding glass condensation. Once the wood is burning, it closes completely in the second position. Its control system is simple and discreet, and works perfectly without ventilation in very insulated houses, or can be equipped with a ultra-quiet ventilation kit that consumes less than 12 W.

Tough but late
In Tarifa, the wind winters stand without a complaint, the smell of wood is of cinema, the roast it leaves is the one they heat. What took him to come was a little long, but here, without a hurry, it's worth it.

Dura pero demora
En Tarifa aguanta sin queja los inviernos de viento, el olor a leña es de cine, la brasa que deja es de las que calientan. Lo que tardó en venir fue un poco largo, pero ya aquí, sin prisa, se ve que vale.

How pretty it is
At the bar, he was a magazine. Perfect pull and iron looks quality. No pretensions but a hundred professional.

He gave that well received
It was a gift to the mother-in-law and the truth, he couldn't like it any more. Pierre Chimen took care of all the work of the installation and the tubes, was left in depth. The roast holds all night, they sleep warm next door. No stickers, a gift of those worth it.

Clean glass, impeccable finish
In the two-story house, it heats both good. The glass doesn't get soaked, you have to be there to watch it shine every night. The finish and design are up to date.

Cristal limpio, acabado impecable
En la casa de dos pisos calienta las dos bien. El cristal no se empaña, hay que estar ahí para verlo relucir cada noche. El acabado y el diseño están a la altura.
