Description
The CONCEPT 540 DF is the double-sided version of the successful CONCEPT 540 insert by Bodart & Gonay. Designed to be installed in partition walls or dividers, this model allows you to enjoy the fire from two different rooms at the same time, such as a living-dining room, a living-kitchen or even a bedroom-suite.
Like all Concept models, it stands out for its door design with XXL glass surface on both sides. The metal structure, extremely discreet and positioned behind the glass, offers a panoramic and almost unobstructed view of the flames from any angle. The fire becomes the connecting element between two spaces.
It is a fully airtight appliance with external air intake, making it 100% compatible with passive and low-energy homes. It does not consume air from either of the two rooms, preserving your home's insulation while you enjoy the warmth and beauty of a real shared fire.
Its power range of 4 to 8 kW (same as the single-sided model) is optimized to efficiently heat two spaces without oversizing.
Highlighted Features
- Double fire view: Enjoy the flames from two different rooms.
- Glass always clean: Double air-sweep (airwash) system on both sides.
- Easy ignition: Door with lock in slightly open position (on both sides).
- Elegant and removable handles: For a purer aesthetic or safety.
- Adjustable deflector: To optimize performance according to your chimney's draft.
- Exclusive Konturo finishes: Available with Konturo, Konturo Compact, Konturo Plus and Konturo Muro finishes (DF versions).

Perfect
What a surprise we're taking with this. It seemed more complicated but really easy to install. It looks pretty in the house and the atmosphere is amazing when it's on, the whole coast smells like pine wood.

Perfecta

Very clean, the glass
He's been here on the coast for over half a year, and the truth is that the glass is still pretty clean. It's not like you never have to clean up, but it's not obsessive. The design is simple but elegant, it fits well in any corner. The stove looks pretty, so it does. He's been in luxury with the winters we've had.

It's going well at the bar
He's been at the restaurant for a few months and it's going well. The best thing is that it smells like real wood, that smell that customers value. It's hot enough too, you get the heat to the bottom of the place. It came well packed, without a scratch. We put it in and it's gonna work. No problem so far.

Hold the wood well
Here in Los Barrios we have a long time and it works that it's a first. You load a lot of firewood and it'll hold you all night if you close it a little. The finish looks good too, no oxidation for now.

Real heating
In the large living room of 45 meters that I have, with high ceilings, this stove makes the difference with the previous one. It's not compared. The manual could be better written, the truth, but once you understand it, it goes alone. It fills all that heat that catches you when you come in.
