Aluminium flashing + storm collar 0° - 35° Convesa AVANT KW and BI

Aluminium flashing + storm collar 0° - 35° by Convesa for its AVANT KW (double-wall modular chimney) and BI (single-wall AISI 316L stainless steel pipe) ranges.

Sizes

Ø (mm): 80 · 100 · 125 · 130 · 150 · 175 · 200 · 225 · 250 · 300 · 350 · 400 · 450 · 500.

Choose the size according to the pipe it goes on: for BI, the pipe Ø; for AVANT KW, the outer Ø (the second figure: 80/130 → Ø 130). Each size shows which pipes it fits.

Choose the size when adding it to the basket: each one has its own price and Convesa reference.

Convesa AVANT KW range

• AISI 316L stainless steel inner wall and AISI 304 outer wall, with 25 mm of 180 kg/m³ rock wool between them; no thermal bridge.
• For natural draught (negative pressure) or forced draught (positive pressure up to 200 Pa, with seal) boilers and appliances, working dry or with condensation, burning gas, gas oil or solid fuels (firewood, coal, pellets…).
• Indoor and outdoor installation.
• EN 1856-1 designation: with seal, T200-P1-W-V2-L50040-O(10); without seal, T600-N1-W-V2-L50040-G(50).
• Distance to combustible materials: 10 mm with gas or gas oil and flue gases below 200 °C; 50 mm with solid fuels.
• The locking band is included in the price on the pieces that need it.

Convesa BI range

• Single wall in AISI 316L stainless steel, without insulation.
• For natural draught (negative pressure) or forced draught (positive pressure up to 200 Pa, with seal) boilers, working dry or with condensation, burning gas, gas oil or solid fuels (firewood, coal, pellets…). Also suitable for relining existing chimneys and for ventilating drying rooms.
• Installation: as a chimney, indoors only; as a ventilation duct, indoors and outdoors. Not rainproof.
• With seal: EN 1856-1 T200-P1-W-V2-L50040-0(50). Distance to combustible materials: 50 mm from Ø 80 to 300; 75 mm from Ø 350 to 450; 100 mm from Ø 500 to 600; 200 mm above Ø 600.
• Without seal: EN 1856-2 T600-N1-W-V2-L50040-G(XX)NM. Distance to combustible materials: 375 mm from Ø 80 to 125; for the other diameters, 3 times the diameter.
• The locking band is included in the price on the pieces that need it. Ø 80 and Ø 100 pieces include the seal.
