The Phenix NEO range from Bodart & Gonay has redefined the wood-burning fireplace, combining the drama of an open fire with the efficiency of a sealed, airtight system. The Phenix 95V NEO is the ultimate expression of that philosophy.

The added value of the "V":

The letter "V" in its name means that this model comes with a glass panel 10 centimetres taller than the standard version. Combined with its width, this turns the insert into a genuine picture window onto the fire, offering a panoramic, unobstructed view of the flames.

Two fireplaces in one:

At the heart of the Phenix 95V NEO lies its sophisticated vertical retractable door system:

• Open mode (live fire): The door rises silently thanks to a chain-and-counterweight mechanism gliding on ball bearings, with Eriflon rollers that guarantee whisper-quiet operation and need no lubrication. In this position the firebox becomes a traditional open fire, perfect for creating atmosphere.
• Closed mode (maximum efficiency): Lower the door and the appliance turns into a high-performance airtight insert. Combustion is almost complete, delivering high efficiency, reduced wood consumption and minimal emissions.

Efficiency and heat output:

• Rating plate (heat output): from 11 to 17 kW.
• Useful efficiency: 77.3%.

Technology designed around you:

• Intelligent regulation: A thermostat lets you control the intensity of the fire manually or automatically. What is more, in the event of overheating the system shuts off the air intake to protect the appliance.
• Always clean: The preheated-air glass sweep system keeps the glass clear so you always enjoy a perfect view of the fire.
• Easy maintenance: The door tilts down for effortless interior cleaning, and the ash pan makes emptying quick and mess-free.
