Appropriate size
My family meets around when it's cold and the size goes well for that. The manual would have to be clearer at some point.

Constant mass
Spectacular, the roast is kept all night without a problem. The glass gets little dirty if you close the door well, and when you clean it it it's like new. I was worried about the handles because they get hot, but it's a matter of being careful.

Brasa constante
