Iron holding
In a restaurant you can't fail with quality, and this home holds up untold blows. The glass needs cleaning, it's the usual, but the sheet and the cast iron are the real ones. He's been working in the kitchen for nothing.

Conscious purchase
In Sotogrande it works in excess, the iron and the sheet are truly resistant. The price is what it is but it deserves it. The manual is better.

Night mass
The roast holds all night without problems, which doesn't always happen. In an old house with moisture works well. The manual leaves something to be desired, but the operation is clear.

Grape nights
The roast really holds, in Seville this is a luxury. Around the stove the family reunites smoothly, transmits decent heat. He's the kind that gets old.

Clear installation
Pierre Chimen took care of the tubes and the work, real professional. The roast is kept well during the night, a thing of value. It works without surprises since the first winter. The attention at the Algeciras store was of the good, they recommended well the measure and the characteristics. It's been months without a single fault.
