Description
The Zuzia ECO series inserts cast iron with a spacious combustion chamber, which, moreover, are equipped with densely spaced radiators. Thanks to this solution, the heat transfer surface to the room is much larger. This increases the mass of the device itself. The insert has a post-combustion system of unburned fumes that, together with other technical solutions, has very good combustion efficiency, which makes the insert piece meet the strict requirements of the Eco-design.
HIGH level safety
Modern insert front is made of steel, equipped with decorative heat-resistant ceramics maintaining temperature up to 660 ° C. The glass is certified for quality and safety.
Decorative glass, not only looks elegant and modern, but primarily the use of this solution visually enlarges the front of the insert and highlights the view of the fire.
The door frame is made of a closed profile, which makes them stable and resistant to stresses when operating at high temperatures.
convenient use
The device is additionally equipped with a glass cleaning system - thanks to the so-called air curtain. The air current is distributed evenly, sweeps the glass and minimizes soot deposition on it. This allows you to maintain an attractive and clean window for a long time.
Keeping the insert clean is easier with an equipped grate and a container in which ash is collected. Also, the insert has a removable fence, which prevents wood from falling out of the fireplace and makes cleaning the fireplace easier.
MAXIMUM energy USE
The combustion of fuel particles is carried out due to the equipped deflector that extends the escape path. This process also increases combustion efficiency and ensures better energy use and at the same time minimizes the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere.
The device has a combustion chamber with triple ventilation system, therefore the burning process in the wood insert is ecological and most importantly economical.
Primary air supply to the insert is carried out from the outside due to the built-in air intake (in size of 125 mm). The air intake is located at the bottom of the insert.
Secondary air is supplied by holes in the rear wall of the furnace, which creates a post-combustion system. The system takes care of gas combustion and reduction of emissions of harmful substances to the environment. Improves the efficiency of the fireplace, which has a direct influence on very low CO emissions.
The device is equipped with a glass cleaning system - thanks to the so-called air curtain current is distributed evenly, the glass is swept and particle sedimentation is reduced to minimum.This allows you to maintain a clean and effective appearance of the glass for a long time.
