Description
The modern VN insert in its final door version (guillotine - lift up system) with side glazing without a muntin combines unique aesthetics and exceptional performance properties. In addition to visual functions, the device guarantees efficient heating and ecological wood burning. Thanks to the use of modern materials and innovative technical solutions, it is characterized by a very subtle appearance. One of its many advantages is the possibility of connecting the air intake from the outside. The elegance of the insert piece is added by the type of decorative glass glazing. Furthermore, it has a parental lock that protects against uncontrolled door opening.
SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
The insert ensures safe use, because there is a parental lock, protection against uncontrolled door opening.
The front part of the insert piece is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures of up to 660 °C. The assembled glass is certified for quality and safety.
The body and front part of the insert are resistant to high temperatures, due to the use of high-quality steel.
The door frame is made of a closed profile, which makes it stable and resistant to stresses that occur during operation at high temperatures. The excellent airtightness of the insert is guaranteed by solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements cut with laser by means of modern devices, and then bent in CNC bending machines.
MODERN DESIGN
The VN insert draws attention with its modern design and aesthetic finish. It stands out for a harmonious vision of fire, giving the interior a unique style. Heat radiates not only frontally, but also to the side.
The fireplace is equipped with a single, decorative glass window, thanks to which it looks elegant and modern. The use of this solution visually enlarges the front part of the insert and emphasizes the vision of fire.
COMFORTABLE USE
The insert door works in the lift up system - the window is lifted. This system was built based on the counterweight - the steel cable pulley works in guides on two ball bearings, thanks to which the weight of the door is distributed evenly. They move on fireproof bearings along sliding guides mounted on the frame, ensuring their tranquility and trouble-free operation light. The movement of the door extends a few millimeters from the body, which prevents the seal from being damaged. Locked doors are pressed with great force on the frame, thanks to which the stove is completely sealed.
Thanks to the lifting and lowering of the door, you can load the correct amount of wood at once. An additional mechanism that allows the side windows to be opened, making them easier to clean and keeping the stove clean.
The device is additionally equipped with a glass cleaning system - thanks to the so-called air curtain, the air flow is evenly distributed, sweeping glass and minimizing soot deposition on it. This allows you to maintain the effective and clean appearance of the glass for a long time.
The fireplace has a specially profiled bottom plate of TERMOTEC, thanks to which the combustion chamber is deeper and contains more wood. The maintenance of the fireplace is easier due to the mounted grate and the container in which ash accumulates.
The internal inspection system makes it possible to carry out maintenance activities from the inside of the stove without destroying the fireplace building.
The insert can be used in a variety of mounting conditions, thanks to adjustable feet and a 360° adjustable movable exhaust outlet.
MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
More efficient combustion and maintenance of temperature already is the effect of TERMOTEC lining in the combustion chamber, a heat accumulation material that increases the temperature in the stove. Furthermore, its smooth, white surface looks impressive inside the fireplace.
Post-combustion of fuel particles is due to two deflectors that extend the exhaust path. This process also increases combustion efficiency and ensures better energy use, and minimizes the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere.
The insert has a horizontal duct, built in a high combustion, which allows the recovery of additional heat from the gases, and thus the maximum use of energy.
The device has a triple ventilation system for the combustion chamber, thanks to which wood burning in the insert is ecological and, most importantly, economical.
Primary air is supplied to the insert from the outside, thanks to the built-in air intake connection of 125 mm. The air intake heel is located on the floor of the insert. Its regulation is carried out by an acceleration function, set by a controller below the door, which excludes errors in misuse. The mechanism works within the fireplace, very quiet and without problems.
ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
The VN model meets the requirements of eco-design standards and the restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the maximum CO emission.
