Description
The modern VN insert with the final version of the door (guillotine - lift-up system) with side glazing without a muntin combines unique aesthetics and exceptional performance properties. In addition to visual functions, the device ensures efficient heating and ecological wood burning. Thanks to the use of modern materials and innovative technical solutions, it is characterised by a very subtle appearance. One of its many advantages is the possibility of connecting the external air inlet. The elegance of the insert is enhanced by the type of decorative glass glazing. Additionally, it has a child lock that protects against uncontrolled door opening.
HIGH level security
The insert ensures safe use because it has a child lock, protection against uncontrolled door opening.
The front part of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic that can withstand temperatures up to 660°C. The installed glass has a quality and safety certificate.
The body and front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures, due to the use of high quality steel.
The door frame is made of a closed profile, which makes it stable and resistant to the stresses produced during operation at high temperatures. Excellent sealing of the insert is guaranteed by solid welds made under noble gas protection. Steel elements cut with laser by modern devices, and then bent on CNC bending machines.
MODERN DESIGN
The VN insert catches the eye with its modern design and meta aesthetics. It stands out with a harmonious view of fire, giving the interior a unique style. It radiates heat not only frontally but also to the side.
The fireplace is equipped with a single pane of glass, decorative, thanks to which it looks elegant and modern. The use of this solution visually enlarges the front of the cartridge and emphasises the view of the fire.
Comfortable use
The insert door operates on a lift-up system - the window is lifted. This system was built based on counterweight - the steel cable pulley works on guides over two ball bearings, thanks to which the door weight is distributed evenly. They move on fireproof bearings along sliding guides mounted in the frame, which guarantees their tranquility and smooth trouble-free operation. The door movement extends a few millimeters from the body, which prevents seal damage. Doors with locks are pressed with great force into the frame, thanks to which the furnace is completely sealed.
Thanks to the lift-up and lower door, you can load the correct amount of wood at once. An additional mechanism allows the side windows to be opened, making them easier to clean and keeping the furnace clean.
The device is additionally equipped with a clean glass system - thanks to the so-called curtain air current it is distributed evenly, sweeping the glass and minimizing soot deposits on it. This allows you to maintain an effective and clean appearance of the glass for a long time.
The fireplace has a specially profiled bottom plate of TERMOTEC, thanks to which the combustion chamber is deeper and holds more wood. Maintenance of the fireplace is easier due to the mounted grid and container in which ash accumulates.
The internal inspection system makes it possible to carry out maintenance activities from inside the furnace without destroying the fireplace building.
The insert can be used in a variety of mounting conditions, thanks to adjustable feet and a 360° mobile flue outlet.
MAXIMUM energy efficiency
More efficient combustion and temperature maintenance is already the effect of TERMOTEC coating in the combustion chamber, a heat accumulation material that increases the temperature in the furnace. Additionally, its smooth, white surface looks impressive on the inside of the fireplace.
Post-combustion of fuel particles is due to two deflectors that extend the escape path. This process also increases combustion efficiency and ensures better energy utilisation, and minimises the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere.
The insert has a horizontal flue, built on high combustion, which allows additional heat recovery from gases, and the use of this way the maximum of energy.
The device has a triple ventilation system for the combustion chamber, thanks to which burning in the wood insert is ecological and, most importantly, economical.
Primary air is supplied to the cartridge from outside, thanks to the connection of the air inlet built into 125 mm. The air inlet heel is located on the floor of the cartridge. Its regulation is carried out by an acceleration function, set by a controller below the door, which excludes errors in misuse. the working of the assembly mechanism within the fireplace is very quiet and trouble-free.
Ecological combustion
The VN model meets the requirements of Ecodesign regulations and restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the maximum CO emissions.
