Description
The modern VN insert in the final version of the door (guillotine - lift up system) with side glazing without a muntin combines unique aesthetics and exceptional performance properties. In addition to visual functions, the device ensures efficient heating and ecological burning of wood. Thanks to the use of modern materials and innovative technical solutions, which is characterized by a very subtle appearance. One of its many advantages is the possibility of connecting the external air inlet. The elegance of the insert piece is added to by the type of decorative glass glazing. Furthermore, it has a parental lock that protects against uncontrolled door opening.

The front part of the insert piece is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that withstand temperatures up to 660 ° C. The assembled glass is quality and safety certified.

The insert door works in the lift up system - the window is raised. This system was built based on counterweight - the steel cable pulley works in guides over two ball bearings, thanks to which the door weight is evenly distributed. They move on fire-proof bearings along the sliding guides mounted in the frame, which guarantees their tranquility and smooth operation the light,. The door movement extends a few millimeters distance from the body, which prevents seal damage. doors with locks are pressed with great force in the frame, thanks to which the oven is completely sealed.
Thanks to the raise and lower door, you can load the correct amount of wood at a time. An additional mechanism that allows the side windows to be opened, making them easier to clean and keep the oven clean.
The device is additionally equipped with a clean glass system - thanks to the so-called air curtain current it is distributed uniformly, sweeps glass and minimizes soot deposition on it. This allows you to maintain the effective appearance and clean glass for a long time.
The fireplace has a specially profiled bottom plate of THERMOTEC, thanks to which the combustion chamber is deeper and contains more wood. The maintenance of the fireplace is easier due to the mounted grate and the container in which the ash accumulates.
The internal inspection system makes it possible to carry out service activities from inside the oven without destroying the fireplace building.
The insert can be used in a variety of mounting conditions, thanks to the adjustable feet and a 360 ° adjustable movable exhaust outlet.
