Description
The modern VN insert with a final version lift-up door with side glazing without a muntin combines unique aesthetics and exceptional performance properties. In addition to visual functions, the device ensures efficient heating and ecological wood burning. Thanks to the use of modern materials and innovative technical solutions, it is characterized by a very subtle appearance. One of its many advantages is the possibility of connecting external air inlet. The elegance of the insert piece is added by the type of decorative glass glazing. Also, it has a child safety lock that protects against uncontrolled door opening.

The front part of the insert piece is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that withstand temperatures up to 660 ° C. The assembled glass has a quality and safety certificate.
The body and front part of the insert are resistant to high temperatures, due to the use of high-quality steel.
The door frame is made of a closed profile, which makes it stable and resistant to stresses that occur during operation at high temperatures. Excellent insert airtightness is guaranteed by solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements cut with laser using modern devices, and then bent in CNC bending machines.

The VN insert draws attention with its modern design and meta aesthetics. It stands out with a harmonious vision of fire, giving the interior a unique style. It radiates heat not only frontally, but also to the side.
The fireplace is equipped with a single decorative glass window, thanks to which it looks elegant and modern. The use of this solution visually enlarges the front of the cartridge and emphasizes the vision of the fire.
comfortable use
The insert door works in the lift-up system - the window is lifted. This system was built based on counterweight - the steel cable pulley works on guides over two ball bearings, thanks to which the weight of the door is distributed evenly. They move on fire-resistant bearings along sliding guides mounted on the frame, which guarantees their tranquility and smooth light operation. The door movement extends a few millimetres away from the body, which prevents seal damage. Locked doors are pressed with great force in the frame, thanks to which the oven is completely sealed.
Thanks to the lift-up door, you can load the correct amount of wood at a time. An additional mechanism that allows side windows to open, making them easier to clean and keep the oven clean.
The device is additionally equipped with a clean glass system - thanks to the so-called curtain air flow is distributed evenly, sweeps the glass and minimizes soot deposition on it. This allows you to maintain the effective and clean appearance of the glass for a long time.
The fireplace has a specially profiled bottom plate of TERMOTEC, thanks to which the combustion chamber is deeper and contains more wood. Fireplace maintenance is easier thanks to the mounted grate and a container in which ash accumulates.
The internal inspection system makes it possible to carry out service activities from inside the oven without destroying the fireplace building.
The insert can be used in a variety of mounting conditions, thanks to adjustable feet and a 360 ° movable adjustable escape outlet.
MAXIMUM energy efficiency
More efficient combustion and temperature maintenance is already an effect of TERMOTEC lining in the combustion chamber, a heat accumulation material that increases the temperature in the oven. Also, its smooth white surface looks impressive inside the fireplace.
Post-combustion of fuel particles is due to two deflectors that extend the escape path. This process also increases combustion efficiency and guarantees better energy utilization, and minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
The insert has a horizontal duct, built in high combustion, which allows additional heat recovery from gases, and thus maximum energy utilization.
The device has a triple ventilation system for the combustion chamber, thanks to which wood burning in the insert is ecological and, most importantly, economical.
Primary air is supplied to the cartridge from outside, thanks to the built-in 125 mm air inlet connection. The air inlet is located on the floor of the cartridge. Its regulation is carried out by an acceleration function, set by a controller below the door, which excludes errors in misuse. The assembly works within the fireplace, very quiet and trouble-free.

The VN model meets the requirements of ecodesign regulations and the restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the maximum CO emissions.
