Grateless fireplace filling - complete combustion in dust which means wood burns in fine ash in minimum quantity. Thermal energy obtained from wood is exploited to the maximum. The lower plate of the insert is significantly reduced compared to the door.
The insert door works in the lift-up system - the window is lifted. This system was built based on counterweight - the steel cable pulley works on guides over two ball bearings, thanks to which the weight of the door is distributed evenly. They move on fire-resistant bearings along sliding guides mounted on the frame, which guarantees their tranquility and smooth operation. The door movement extends a few millimetres away from the body, which prevents seal damage. Locked doors are pressed with great force in the frame, thanks to which the oven is completely sealed.
Thanks to the lift-up door, you can load the correct amount of wood at a time. An additional mechanism that allows side windows to open, making them easier to clean and keep the oven clean.
Reduction of soot deposition through a pure glass system (air curtain).
