MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
More efficient combustion and longer temperature maintenance by lining the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC ceramic material that accumulates heat and raises the temperature in the furnace.
Complete combustion in dust thanks to two deflectors that extend the exhaust path. This process increases the efficiency of combustion and ensures better energy use. It also minimises the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere.
Air supply to the inserts only comes from outside thanks to the built-in air inlet connector ø 125 mm. It is controlled by an adjustable regulating valve with a controller below the door. This solution eliminates improper use errors. The entire mechanism operates very quietly and trouble-free.
In this insert there is a triple air system of the combustion chamber. The primary air that allows fire establishment is supplied under the grate. Secondary air - economical and ecological burning providing is supplied through holes in the rear wall
Furthermore, this insert is equipped with Glass Clear system (air curtain), so air is supplied directly to the glass through a system of channels located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way oxygen is supplied to the top of the combustion chamber, post-combustion of gases produced during wood combustion occurs. At the same time reducing harmful CO emissions to the atmosphere.
Such an air system allows very precise control of the combustion process.

SAFETY AT HIGHEST LEVEL
The front of the insert piece is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic capable of withstanding temperatures up to 660 ° C. We offer certified quality and safety glass.
The special design of the perforated handle protects against excessive heating, which has the influence of high comfort in the use of the fireplace.
The body and front of the insert piece are heat resistant through the use of high-quality steel.
Excellent seal integrity thanks to solid welding done in shielded noble gas. Steel elements are cut with laser with the help of modern equipment, and then they are pledged in CNC bending machines.

ECO-FRIENDLY COMBUSTION
The unit meets the requirements of Ecodesign standards and the restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the maximum CO emissions.

COMFORTABLE USE
Special profiled bottom plate of TERMOTEC is used in this insert. Thanks to that the fireplace chamber is larger and a larger amount of wood can be put inside. Also a shallow combustion chamber was used, this results in a low heating power demand. Thanks to this the fireplace adapts perfectly to small spaces.
Mobile grate and ash drawer allow to keep the insert clean.
Reduction of soot deposition through a clean glass system (air curtain). Air curtain separates the glass from the chamber thanks that the glass doesn't get dirty and emit more heat to the room
Insert can be easily thanks raised at regulated legs.
The model is equipped with a mobile exhaust outlet and thanks to that there is no need to buy additional knees for installation. It is possible thanks to an easy adjustment of the connection angle with the fireplace system. & Nbsp;
