Description
The double-glazed inserts from the MBO PW line are an economical and ecological solution with a water-based unit that does not differ from a typical air insert. Thanks to the unusual fire view and the delicate frame, which fits perfectly into modern interior design. This type of fireplace is often chosen for homes with open spaces, such as living rooms with dining areas.
MODERN DESIGN
The insert is equipped with a simple, decorative glass, which makes it look elegant and modern. This solution visually enlarges the front of the insert and highlights the fire view.
The door has a comfortable handle.

Post-combustion of fuel particles thanks to two deflectors that extend the exhaust path. This process increases combustion efficiency and guarantees better energy use. It also minimizes the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere.
Air supply to the insert comes only from outside, thanks to the built-in fi 125 mm air intake connector. It is controlled by an adjustable regulating valve with an adjuster below the door. This solution excludes errors from improper use. The entire mechanism works flawlessly in very low voice.
There is a triple air system of the combustion chamber in the insert. The primary air, which facilitates wood cooking, is supplied over the entire width of the insert piece of the burning plate, in which the entire burning process takes place. The insert offers not to scratch the so-called post-combustion phenomenon of the ashes. Secondary air - providing economical and ecological combustion - is supplied by a system of holes located on the rear wall
Additionally, there is a glass cleaning system (air curtain), which means air is delivered directly to the glass through a channel system located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way, air is supplied to the top of the combustion chamber, which burns the gases produced by the wood combustion process, which further limits the emission of CO to the atmosphere.
The use of such a ventilation system allows precise control of the combustion process.
Special unit that contains water jacket and horizontally stacked flame tube, through which water flows, allows the collection of heat from combustion gases and transfer them to heating system for high energy efficiency. Additionally, the device has a built-in coil tube to protect it from overheating. The body of the water jacket is reinforced with pins.

Robust and durable fire stress doors are closed profile. The door seal is in a profiled channel, which guarantees its proper adhesion and prevents it from falling during operation.
CONVENIENT USE
The device is equipped with a glass cleaning system - thanks to the so-called air curtain, the air flow is distributed evenly, sweeping the glass settlement and soot is reduced to a minimum. This allows you to maintain an attractive and clean appearance of glass for a long time.
Insert without grate, witch called post-combustion of ash. In practice, this means that the fuel is burned to ash, which remains in minimal quantity. The thermal energy generated in this way is utilized at maximum.
The special design of the perforated handle protects against excessive heating, which has the influence of high comfort of use of the fireplace.
ECOLOGICAL BURNING
Thanks to its construction and the triple ventilation system of the combustion chamber, the cartridge complies with the requirements of ecological design.
