Description
The double-glass inserts from the MBO PW range are an economical and ecological solution with a water base unit, which does not differ from a typical air insert. Thanks to the unusual view of the fire and delicate frame, it fits perfectly into modern interior design. This type of fireplace is often chosen for houses with open spaces, such as living rooms combined with dining areas.
MODERN DESIGN
The insert is equipped with simple decorative glass, which makes it look elegant and modern. This solution visually enlarges the front of the insert and highlights the view of the fire.
The door has a comfortable handle.
HIGH ENERGY EFFICIENCY
MOST efficient combustion process and temperature maintenance to keep heat for longer, thanks to the TERMOTEC- coated combustion chamber. A heat-absorbing material that increases the temperature in the combustion chamber.
Post-combustion of fuel particles thanks to two deflectors extending the exhaust path. This process increases burning efficiency and ensures better energy use. It also minimises emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
Air supply to the insert comes only from outside, thanks to the built-in air inlet connector fi 125 mm. It is controlled by an adjustable regulating valve with a adjuster under the door. This solution excludes errors due to improper use. The entire fault-free mechanism operates very quietly.
There is a triple combustion chamber air system in the insert. Primary air, which facilitates wood burning, is provided across the full width of the plate burn insertion piece, where all the burning process takes place. Insertion offers not to scratch so-called post-combustion phenomenon of ash. Secondary air - providing economical and ecological combustion -. is supplied by a hole system located in the rear wall
In addition, there is a glass cleaning system (air curtain), which means that air is delivered directly to the glass through a channel system situated on the sides of the fireplace. In this way air is supplied to the top of the combustion chamber, where gases produced by the wood burning process are burned, further limiting CO emissions into the atmosphere.
The use of such ventilation systems allows precise control over the combustion process.
A special unit containing water jacket and horizontally stacked flame tube, through which water flows, allows collecting heat from exhaust gases and transferring them to heating system for high energy efficiency. In addition, the device has a built-in coil pipe to protect it from overheating. The body of the water jacket is reinforced with pins.

Rugged and durable fire-tension doors are closed profile. Door seal is in a grooved channel, which ensures proper adhesion and prevents it from falling during operation.
CUSTOMER COMFORT
The device is equipped with a glass cleaning system - thanks to the so-called air curtain, airflow is distributed evenly, sweeping away glass settling and minimising soot. This allows maintaining an attractive and clean appearance of glass for long time.
Insert without grate, post-ash combustion called witch. In practice this means that fuel burns into ash which remains in minimal quantity. Thermal energy generated in this way is used to maximum.
The special design of the perforated handle protects against excessive heating, which has influence on high comfort of fireplace use.

Thanks to its construction and triple combustion chamber ventilation system, cartridge meets ecological design requirements.
