Grateless filling of the fireplace - complete combustion in the dust which means that wood burns in fine ash in minimum quantity. The thermal energy obtained from wood is exploited to the maximum. The bottom plate of the insert is significantly reduced compared to the door.
The insert door works on the lift-up system - the window is lifted. This system was built based on the counterweight - the steel cable pulley works on guides on two ball bearings, thanks to which the door weight is distributed evenly. They move on fireproof bearings along the sliding guides mounted on the frame, which ensures its tranquility and smooth operation the light,. The movement of the door extends a few millimetres distance from the body, which prevents damage to the seal. Doors with lock are pressed with great force on the frame, thanks to which the oven is completely sealed.
Thanks to the lift-up and lower door, you can load the correct amount of wood at once. An additional mechanism that allows the side windows to open, making them easier to clean and keeping the oven clean.
Reduction of soot deposition through a pure glass system (air curtain).
