Description
MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
The body and front are made from high-quality steel, making them resistant to extremely high temperatures. The combustion chamber is lined with TERMOTEC, a heat-accumulating material that raises the internal temperature, achieving efficient combustion and greater heat retention. Thanks to a special water jacket assembly, a large amount of heat can be extracted from the flue gases and transferred to the heating system, achieving high energy performance from the insert. It has a built-in coil and the water jacket body is reinforced with bolts, with 1/2 inch inlet and outlet connections.
The fireplace door, made from a closed profile, is stable and resistant to stress. The door seal sits in a profiled channel that ensures an optimal seal and prevents it from coming loose during use. It incorporates a two-deflector system that extends the path of the flue gases, making combustion more eco-friendly. Air intake is exclusively external, thanks to a built-in 125 mm diameter connection with an adjustable damper, and all air intake control is carried out with a single control, which prevents handling errors.
The triple air supply system for the combustion chamber works as follows: primary air is directed towards the plate where combustion takes place, while secondary air is supplied through holes in the rear wall. In addition, the insert has an air curtain system to keep the glass clean. This version features double glazing, which promotes more efficient heat transfer to the room and keeps the fireplace glass cleaner.
MAXIMUM LEVEL OF SAFETY
The tightness is perfect thanks to the robust welds carried out under a protective gas atmosphere. All the steel components are laser-cut using state-of-the-art machinery and then bent on CNC bending machines for absolute precision. The front of the insert is fitted with heat-resistant ceramic glass, able to withstand temperatures of up to 660°C.
COMFORTABLE AND PRACTICAL USE
This is a grateless insert that works by post-combustion over the ashes themselves; this means the fuel burns completely down to fine ash, leaving a minimal amount of residue and making the most of the thermal energy of the firewood. The base plate is set considerably lower than the door to make loading easier.
The opening system is dual: the door can be opened upwards, guillotine-style, to make loading firewood easier, or sideways, allowing more comfortable cleaning of the glass. It also includes a child safety lock to prevent unauthorised opening. Finally, the clean-glass system, using an air deflector, significantly reduces soot build-up.
MODERN DESIGN
The insert features decorative "glass"-type glazing able to withstand temperatures of up to 660°C. This glass not only gives the fireplace a modern, elegant look but also visually enlarges the front of the insert.
