Description
The NBU insert glazed on three sides combines unique aesthetics and exceptional performance. In addition to its visual appeal, the unit guarantees efficient heating of the space and ecological wood combustion. Thanks to the use of modern materials and innovative technical solutions, it is characterized by an extraordinary appearance and intuitive operation. One of its many advantages is the possibility of connecting an external air intake. A decorative glass adds elegance to the insert. Furthermore, it is equipped with parental lock, which protects against unauthorized door opening.
SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
The insert ensures safe use, as it features the so-called parental lock that protects against unauthorized door opening.
The front part of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures of up to 660°C. The installed glass is certified for quality and safety.
The body and front part of the insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.
The door frame is made of a closed profile, which makes it stable and resistant to stresses from high temperatures. The door seal is located in a specially shaped groove, which ensures its proper adhesion and prevents it from falling during use.
The excellent airtightness of the insert is guaranteed thanks to solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements are cut with lasers using modern equipment and then bent in CNC bending machines.
ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
The device complies with Ecodesign requirements and the BImSchV 2 standard for maximum CO emissions.
CONVENIENT USE
The insert door operates with the lift up system: the glass is raised. This system is based on a counterweight: blocks with a steel cable work in guides on up to 4 (2 per side) roller discs, thanks to which the door weight is distributed evenly. They move along sliding guides installed in the door frame, which ensures light, silent and smooth operation. Thanks to raising and lowering the doors, a large amount of wood can be loaded at once. An additional mechanism allows the glass to be opened from both sides to facilitate cleaning.
Additionally, the device is equipped with a glass cleaning system: thanks to the so-called air curtain, the air current is distributed evenly, sweeps the glass and minimizes soot accumulation. In this way, the glass maintains an attractive and clean appearance for a long time.
The fireplace uses a specially profiled bottom plate made of TERMOTEC, which makes the combustion chamber deeper and accommodates more wood.
Keeping the insert clean is easier thanks to the installed grate and the container in which ash accumulates.
MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
More efficient combustion and maintenance of temperature for longer thanks to the lining of the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC, a heat accumulator material that increases the temperature in the hearth. Furthermore, its smooth white surface looks striking inside the fireplace.
Combustion of fuel particles thanks to a deflector that extends the path of combustion gases. This process also increases combustion efficiency and ensures better energy utilization, thus minimizing harmful emissions to the atmosphere.
The device has a triple ventilation system for the combustion chamber, which makes wood burning in the insert ecological and, above all, economical.
Primary air supply to the fireplace stove is provided from outside through a 125 mm air intake connection. The air intake connection is located on the floor of the insert. It is regulated by a throttle adjusted by a single control located below the door, which excludes misuse errors. The entire mechanism operates very silently and without failure.

The NBU stands out for its modern design and aesthetic finish. Impresses with a harmonious view of fire, giving the interior a unique style. Heat is radiated not only frontally but also to the sides.
The insert is equipped with a single decorative glass that gives it an elegant and modern appearance. This optically expands the front part of the insert and emphasizes the fire view.
The insert door has a comfortable handle.
SECURE CLOSING SYSTEM
The fireplace is equipped with a mechanism formed by tension springs that automatically closes the fireplace door.
