MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
The Aquario insert is a water-jacketed appliance with a body built from double steel walls. The space between them is filled with water, which absorbs the heat and transfers it to the heating system.
Efficient combustion and heat retention for longer thanks to the combustion chamber lining made of TERMOTEC – a heat-accumulating material that raises the temperature inside the combustion chamber.
This is achieved through the special water system, which allows a large amount of the heat from the flue gases to be transferred to the heating system, resulting in high energy efficiency.
Cleaner combustion thanks to the double deflector system, which extends the path of the exhaust gases.
Dual damper control at the outlet: the upper damper allows the flue draught to be regulated, while the lower damper switches the insert between the start-up stage and the burning process
.The combustion chamber's ventilation system is operated exclusively from the outside, supplying primary and secondary air to the combustion chamber. As standard, the insert has a 125 mm diameter external air inlet, allowing fresh air to be supplied to the stove from outside the building. Air separation takes place in the spaces beneath the base plate. Air is supplied through a channel at the level of the base plate to the baffle, which is fitted with a system of holes along its entire length. This helps improve combustion conditions. Burning takes place evenly across the entire width of the fireplace. The intensity of combustion in the insert is adjusted by means of the mechanism below the door.
The insert has an air curtain, known as the clean-window system, without drawing air out of the room. This is a special glass ventilation system that keeps it clean. Air is drawn in through the air inlet connector and is then supplied via special ducts on the sides of the appliance to the chamber located at the top of the insert. It is then distributed evenly over the glass, keeping it clean.
The post-combustion system is responsible for limiting harmful emissions to the environment and improving the insert's efficiency. Thanks to this solution, the inserts achieve very good CO emission parameters (low CO emissions).
