Description
Gas oven from the Italian manufacturer Fontana Forni, model Mangiafuoco, finished in stainless steel (line also available in anthracite and red). It features an interior structure of stainless steel and cooking base of food-grade refractory chamota, while the exterior is galvanised sheet with powder coating. The insulation is ceramic fibre.
It operates on liquefied gas (propane/butane), with a maximum consumption of 1,906 g/h, and includes a conversion kit allowing operation on wood. Its cooking chamber measures 60 x 80 x 34 cm, with an opening of 51 x 19.9 cm, and can cook up to 4 pizzas at once or between 3 and 5 kg of bread. The flue outlet has a diameter of 150 mm.
