The stove meets the Ecodesign criteria and the strict BImSchV 2 standard setting the maximum CO emission limit.

MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
The interior of the stove is lined with TERMOTEC, which contrasts harmoniously with the stove, giving it a modern look.
Complete combustion of particulates thanks to two deflectors that extend the exhaust path. This process increases burning efficiency and ensures better use of energy. It also minimises the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere. In addition, a diaphragm that works in a similar way to the deflector has been fitted at the exhaust outlet, further enhancing the appliance's performance.
The stove's side windows are fitted with double glazing, which further retains heat in the combustion chamber, raising the temperature inside it.
Primary air is supplied to the insert thanks to the built-in 100 mm external air intake. The air intake is located at the bottom of the insert. The insert has a cover plate on the rear wall and a hole in its base, so the user can choose how to connect the external air kit. Air adjustment is done with an adjustable regulating valve using a control placed below the door. This solution prevents improper use. The whole mechanism works silently and without fault.
This insert has a triple air system for the combustion chamber. The primary air, which allows the fire to be established, is supplied under the grate. Secondary air, which provides economical and eco-friendly combustion, is supplied through holes in the rear wall.
In addition, this insert is equipped with a clean-glass system (air curtain), so air is supplied directly to the glass through a system of channels located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way, oxygen is supplied to the upper part of the combustion chamber, where post-combustion of the gases produced during wood burning takes place. At the same time, this reduces the emission of harmful CO into the atmosphere.

THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SAFETY
FALCON is fitted with heat-resistant ceramic glass able to withstand temperatures of up to 660 ° C. We offer glass certified by us for quality and safety.
The body and front of the stove are resistant to high temperatures through the use of high-quality steel. This also ensures the stability of the whole structure.
Excellent tightness thanks to solid welding carried out under shielding noble gas. The steel components are laser-cut using modern equipment, and are then bent on CNC bending machines.

CONVENIENT USE
A specially profiled Acumotte base plate is used in this insert. Thanks to this, the stove's chamber is larger and a greater amount of wood can be placed inside. A shallow combustion chamber has also been used, which results in low heating power demand.
The movable grate and ash drawer make it easy to keep the insert clean.
The insert's glazing stays clean thanks to the clean-glass system. The air curtain separates the glass from the chamber, so it does not get dirty.
FALCON can be fitted with the flue outlet either from the top or from the back of the unit, making it easy to install.
Beneath the fireplace there is an additional lockable compartment where the external air intake system is hidden. The remaining space can be used, for example, to store a certain amount of wood. The door opens using a click-clack system that requires no additional handle. This gives the whole unit a coherent, unified body.
