Description
The Bronpi Preston-14 belongs to a family of stoves that includes the Preston-14 (with a glazed front door), the Bronpi Derby-14 (with a glass front door and an additional door for side loading) and the Bronpu Bury-14 (with a glazed front door and glass sides as well, for maximum view of the fire).
All these models are also available in two sizes and power outputs: the 14kW version, to which the Bronpi Preston-14 belongs, and the 9kW version, to which its smaller sibling, the Bronpi Preston-9, belongs.
These are stoves that, due to their large size and weight, have a high heating capacity. They incorporate a double combustion system for efficient burning, which can also be regulated by an independent control that complements the usual primary and secondary air intake controls.
Unlike the usual 5-year warranty that Bronpi provides for its products, the Preston-14, being an appliance made entirely of cast iron, has its warranty extended to 7 years, as the brand also does with other stoves made from this material.
A cast iron stove will always stand out over a steel one due to its longevity and its high thermal inertia (the ability to retain heat once the stove is switched off)
