Description
The Nobis Olga 90 is a 5-star wood-burning cooker with a modern design, with a large 40-litre stainless steel oven with glass door and thermometer. Its 46 cm deep refractory cement combustion chamber makes loading wood easy.
The polished cast-iron radiant plate with rings spreads heat evenly for cooking and is easy to clean. Under the removable ash drawer there is a large compartment for pots and utensils, and primary and secondary air are adjusted separately. It is made by Nobis, an Italian manufacturer of stoves and fireplaces based in Palazzolo sull'Oglio (Brescia).
