Real heat, reliable after-sale
At the rental house in the rural area it works that it likes. The flame looks realistic, heats more than expected without spending a money. After-sales solved a doubt I had quickly. The only thing, the command is still a hieroglyphic.

Quiet and easy programming
In the second residence of the saw go, it is a gift the silence it has. The programming and thermostat really work, the temperature is adjusted without touching it. Hot, no surprises, no weird noises.

Professional installation on terrace
On the covered terrace Pierre Chimen's boys put it in perfect, well-made gas output. The flame looks great, the logs look real. What doesn't help is that gas consumption is more than I thought when I looked at the catalogue.

Realistic call, complicated command
In the two-storey house the flame looks good, the logs look real. The store was attentive, the only thing is that the command is not intuitive in any way.

Llama realista, mando complicado

In the village of Extremadura it works beautifully. Programming and command are easy to use, when I had a question the after-sales were attentive. All right.
