Description
BonBiza is an outdoor cooking appliance by BonFeu. It's like a large barbecue, but for griddle cooking. BonBiza is a new product and the masterpiece of the entire collection. It is also, by far, the most important product in the whole BonFeu collection. So BonBiza is the perfect piece to let you cook while enjoying a warm fire.
BonBiza Rust is made of corten steel. Corten steel is a rust-brown coloured steel that is weather-resistant. The rust colour and the very dense layer of rust protect the material underneath from oxygen, which slows down oxidation. The BonBiza Black is made of steel. Steel has the property of rusting in damp conditions. So bear in mind that your BonBiza will rust. This process can happen quickly. But don't panic, this will give your BonBiza a robust, rugged look!
The BonBiza is especially special because you can not only enjoy a cosy fire, but also cook delicious meals on the griddle.
The griddle has a diameter of 80 cm, a thickness of 6 mm and is ideal as a surface for cooking and baking. Due to its large size, it is big enough to make several different things at the same time. Heat radiates gradually from the centre of the griddle to the edge of the baking tray, which also makes this unique griddle suitable for all kinds of applications.
But when you don't feel like using it, the BonBiza is very easy to clean. Leftover food and excess oil can easily be pushed into the fire with a spatula. After that, the baking tray can be cleaned with a damp cloth and will be ready for the next use.
To make cooking on the BonBiza even easier, more fun and more varied, several accessories have been developed. These accessories are made especially for the BonBiza and therefore really optimise your ability to cook with the product. There are 3 new cooking options with the accessories: baking pizza with the BonPizza oven, making skewers with the BonFeu Skewer Ring, and grilling with the Grill for Stand.
To use all these accessories, you must place the base product, the Standard, in the centre of the BonBiza. You can then place one of the three cooking options (BonPizza, Skewer Ring or Grill for Stand) on top.
There are also other accessories specific to the BonBiza, such as the Foodbumper, which prevents food from falling into the fire, or the Cover, to protect the griddle when you're not using it.
Note: The griddle's cooking plates are supplied already greased to prevent rusting. First remove the grease with a damp cloth and re-grease the plate before use. Always store the griddle greased (at room temperature) to prevent it from rusting.
