The porcelain-coated cast iron grates, which are hinged for easy access, make adding more charcoal or wood chips simple, while the three cooking levels and masterful airflow management provide precise temperature control. The improved PRO Air Control system increases air and temperature precision. A large stainless steel heat diffuser lifts the coal from the kettle container, allowing heat to radiate evenly across the grill and directing used coal into the ash collector. Outdoors, this barbecue shines. The powder-coated painted steel body protects against elements. The lid features a hinge that opens fully for access to the entire cooking surface while keeping your hands away from the heat.
