Description
BonBiza is an outdoor cooking appliance by BonFeu. It functions like a large barbecue but for grilling on the flat top. BonBiza is a new product and the masterpiece of the entire collection. It is also, without doubt, the most important item in the whole BonFeu range. So BonBiza is the perfect piece to let you cook while enjoying a hot fire.
BonBiza Rust is made from Corten steel. Corten steel is an oxidised brown-coloured weathering-resistant alloy. The rust colour and the very dense oxide layer protect the deeper material from oxygen, slowing down oxidation. BonBiza Black is manufactured in plain steel. Steel has the property of corroding under humid conditions. So keep in mind that BonBiza will rust. This process can happen quickly. But do not panic; this gives your BonBiza a robust and sturdy look!
BonBiza is especially special because you can enjoy a cosy fire, but also cook delicious meals on the griddle.
The griddle has an 80 cm diameter and a thickness of 6 mm. It is ideal as a surface for cooking and baking. Due to its large size, it is big enough to do several different things at once. Heat radiates gradually from the centre of the griddle towards the edge of the oven tray, making this unique griddle also suitable for all kinds of applications.
But when you don't want to use it, BonBiza is very easy to clean. Food residue and excess oil can be easily thrown into the fire with a spatula. After that, the baking tray can be cleaned with a damp cloth and will be ready for next use.
To make cooking in BonBiza even easier, fun and varied, several accessories have been developed. These accessories are made especially for BonBiza and therefore really optimise its ability to cook with the product. There are 3 new cooking options with the accessories: baking pizza with the BonPizza oven, making skewers with the BonFeu Skewer Ring and grilling on the stand with the Grill for Stand.
To use all these accessories, you must place the base product, Standard, in the centre of BonBiza. Then you can put one of the three cooking options (BonPizza, Skewer Ring or Grill for Stand) on top.
There are also other specific accessories for BonBiza, such as the Foodbumper that prevents food from falling into the fire or the Lid to protect the griddle when you are not using it.
