Design that falls in love
Old town, old house with moisture; the gas fireplace is what I always wanted. The structure design is nice, the logs really look, the glass looks good from any angle. The gas and output installation was Pierre Chimen's business; everything was perfect. It's so hot because every night I put it on and the house is filled with another environment. The manual, well, the manuals are all that confusing.

Family reunited
At my parents' house now there's a meeting every time I turn on the fireplace. The heat is noticeable, the logs look natural, the environment is very good. Simple, direct, it works.

Real heat and easy control
In the villa on the outskirts I had the option to put in wood or gas. The gas won because I didn't want to clean ashes every morning. The heat it gives is real, the chocolate lasts long enough, the control gives the sense of control. Pierre Chimen's advice was key; he explains well how gas consumption goes, where to put the chocolone. My but the command might be a little more intuitive, it takes two seconds of thought, but it's a detail.

Comfort without loads
45-meter living room, high ceilings. Comfort is the key word: control, light, controlled temperature, no wood to load or ashes to clean. Gas consumption is moderate if you don't leave it all day. No serious work, only connection. Professional in installation; recommended. Right Spanish, simple, no fuss.

Recommended technical service
Garden porch; after installing it, Pierre Chimen went on to check that everything was going well. The silence of the machine is a positive detail. The manual is confusing, but the after-sale fixes doubts. Small but: the manual could be clearer, but it's nothing serious.
