The Genesis E-415 is a vitrified 4-burner barbecue that offers the legendary levels of quality, performance and durability characteristic of Weber in equipment you can rely on to transform the task of outdoor cooking for family and friends into an easy and pleasant experience. The PureBlu burner system places the equipment above the rest: the exclusive conical burner tubes ensure constant pressure resulting in uniform flames, while providing homogeneous heat across the entire cooking surface. The flames project above the embossed gas ports, while food debris falls below, which minimises obstructions and guarantees the barbecue will ignite without exception.

Professional barbecue
I've been using it in the bar for a year and it's ten. The chocolone lasts long enough if you use but not massively, and the surface to cook is enough for the meals we make with customers. In summer we organize dinners and with this barbecue comes out beautifully, it fits everything: meat, vegetables, fish. Some of the regular customers ask if we make another meal because they want to come back. That's what happens when you have a barbecue like this.

Content consumption, easy cleaning
I've been watching how long it takes to spend a chocolate and it's pretty contained if you use it two or three days a week. Cleaning is what surprised me positively, because fat doesn't go to the corners, and that makes maintenance very easy. I've spent a lifetime cleaning coal barbecues and this is soup. It comes with a brush that goes well, and with a wet rag you take the thick off in three minutes. The cooking grid is of good quality and does not turn.
