Winter without cold
The boys at the store guided us well, they knew exactly what we needed. For the cold winters of Castile, this is what's worth. The roast lasts until dawn, it's those things that give you peace of mind, you know it's gonna be there when you wake up.

Meeting around the heat
The family gets together around and no one moves from there. The firewood is the normal, a load holds you without you having to be watching. It's one of those machines that behaves well in winter and period, no surprises.

No smoke on the ship
The shot works impeccable, no drop of smoke inside. Pierre Chimen installed it professionally, everything is clean. On a ship, this is the most important thing.
