Personal assembly
In a two-storey house, I rode it myself with the tubes. The roast is kept all night that's the nice thing.

Quality iron
In a cortijo, cast iron is a real thing. The roast holds up all night beautifully. It comes from another factory but it looks like it works.

En un cortijo, el hierro fundido es cosa de verdad. La brasa aguanta toda la noche de maravilla. Viene de otra fábrica pero se ve que funciona.

Packaging and color
On a flat in Seville, the packaging arrived impeccable. The comparison with the old stove is brutal. Although the color wasn't exactly the one in the photo.
